Webmail DNS Records

To reset the email routing back to webmail after deleting the Outlook records, you'll need to ensure that the MX records are pointing to SiteGround's mail servers. Here’s how you can update your MX records:


1. Log in to Site Tools.

2. Go to Domain > DNS Zone Editor.

3. Add or edit the MX records to point to:

- Priority: 10

- Host: @

- Points to: mx10.mailspamprotection.com

- Priority: 20

- Host: @

- Points to: mx20.mailspamprotection.com

- Priority: 30

- Host: @

- Points to: mx30.mailspamprotection.com


Make sure to delete any existing MX records that are not directed to the above values. Changes to DNS records can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate.
