How to Change Your Email Address in Webex

If you need to update the email address associated with your Webex account, follow the steps below. Your email controls your login, meeting invitations, and notifications, so be sure to update it whenever your contact information changes.


1. Sign in to Your Webex Account

  1. Go to https://webex.com

  2. Click Sign In in the top-right corner

  3. Choose Webex App or Webex Meetings, depending on your account

  4. Enter your current email and password

2. Open Your Profile Settings

  1. Once logged in, click your profile icon in the top-right corner

  2. Select My Profile or My Account (options vary by account type)

3. Edit Your Email Address

  1. Look for the Email Address or Contact Information section

  2. Click Edit or the pencil icon

  3. Enter your new email address

  4. Save your changes

4. Verify Your New Email

Webex will send a verification link to the new address.

  1. Open your inbox

  2. Click the verification email from Webex

  3. Confirm the change by clicking the link
    Until you verify, the update may not take effect.

5. Sign In With Your New Email

After verification, use your new email the next time you sign in.


Important Notes

  • Some business or organization accounts may require admin approval to change your email.

  • If you do not see an option to edit your email, contact your Webex administrator or support team.
