How to Find Your Webex ID

Your Webex ID is the email address associated with your Webex account. If you’re unsure which email you used or need to confirm it, follow these steps:

Method 1: Check Your Email Invitations

1. Open any Webex meeting invitation you’ve received.

2. Look for the line that says “Invited as:” or the participant details.

3. The email listed there is your Webex ID.

Method 2: Sign In Through the Webex Website

1. Go to https://webex.com.

2. Click Sign In in the top-right corner.

3. Try entering the email addresses you commonly use.

4. When you enter the correct email, you will be prompted for the password or receive a verification code.

   • This confirms the email is your Webex ID.

Method 3: Search Your Email Inbox

1. Search your email for “Webex.”

2. Any meeting confirmations or notifications will show the Webex account they were sent to.

3. The recipient address equals your Webex ID.

Method 4: Ask Your Meeting Host

If you're unable to locate it, your meeting host can tell you which email address they used to invite you.
