Log in to your support options at www.brandology.help/support.
If you’re on a Pro or Elite plan, your case priority will be automatically upgraded and assigned an agent.
Follow the steps to schedule a support option based on your plan features.
Our team will confirm your request and begin troubleshooting based on your plan’s priority level.
NOTE: Users must submit support issues with your company email address for our system to recognize your plan and assign your ticket accordingly with priority and scheduling options.
Need to cancel your plan?
You can cancel your SiteCare+ plan anytime on our website from the "My Account" section or by submitting a request by opening a support ticket.
