The Pro Support plan adds more flexibility and faster response times for clients who need prompt, personalized help.

  • Covers troubleshooting, minor fixes, and technical maintenance beyond hosting

Clients who prefer live assistance and faster resolutions with same-day service.


SiteCare+ Elite Support

The Elite Support plan delivers our highest level of priority care with dedicated, 1-on-1 managed support.

  • Includes ticketing support, phone support, chat support, and 1-on-1 live agent support scheduling options.

  • Provides urgent-priority, same-day responsive service

  • Assigns a dedicated support technician for hands-on management and monitoring

  • Ideal for clients running high-traffic, e-commerce, or mission-critical websites

Clients who need the fastest response times, proactive monitoring, and full technical management from our expert team.


Helpdesk Support (Ad-hoc) - $65 per hour

Our Helpdesk Support team supports clients without a dedicated support plan through our Ad-hoc Support option.

  • Includes ticketing support, and 1-on-1 live agent support scheduling option.

  • Provides urgent-priority, same-day responsive service

  • Assigns a dedicated support technician for hands-on management and monitoring

  • Ideal for clients experiencing fatal errors or who do not have a managed SiteCare+ Support option.

For clients who want priority support, and end-to-end technical management from our team.

All SiteCare+ plans include assistance for:

  • Technical troubleshooting and error resolution

  • Plugin and theme conflicts

  • CMS and security updates

  • Performance and speed optimization

  • Backup and recovery assistance

  • Domain and DNS troubleshooting

  • Integration or functionality issues beyond hosting


What’s Not Covered

SiteCare+ does not include:

  • Full redesigns or new website builds

  • Custom development outside existing project scope

  • Third-party platform issues outside of your website’s environment

  • Content creation, graphic design, or marketing strategy
