Transferring a Domain to GoDaddy

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

First, you will need to check to see the future pricing and transfer costs to transfer your domain from a current provider to GoDaddy. GoDaddy will include your first year of domain hosting cost in your transfer in addition to transferring your previous remaining time left on your domain at your current provider.

PURCHASE DOMAIN TRANSFER

Next, you will select our Domain Transfer option and make payment for our domain transfer service.


You will receive an email with a request to provide the details to begin your domain transfer. Our team will follow-up at the email address you provided to ensure a smooth transfer of your domain.

Note:  Domains can't be transferred within 60 days of new registration, transfer, or contact info change if the current registrant opted to apply a 60–day lock when approving the changes.
