Adding DKIM records to domain for Office365

To add DKIM records to authenticate your domain from spam or quarantine filters, follow the following steps:


  1. Go to Microsoft | Security Admin Center
  2. Email & Collaboration > Policies & Rules > Threat Policies
  3. Email Authentication Settings 
  4.  Select DKIM at the top
  5.  Click the Domain
  6. Create DKIM 

 



Adding credentials to DNS records

  •  Go to where your domain is hosted or your server account
  • Choose Add DNS Records for your Domain
  • Choose CNAME for the type


We are using the domain webology.tech as the example below

selector1._domainkey
Priority
1 hour
Resolves toselector1-webology-tech._domainkey.troycolive.onmicrosoft.com


Record
selector2._domainkey
Priority
1 Hour
Resolves toselector2-webology-tech._domainkey.troycolive.onmicrosoft.com


Domain records may take up to (72) hours to fully propagate on the server, so please allow a bit of time before enabling the domain DKIM in the Microsoft Security Admin Settings. 



After enabling  the DKIM credentials successfully, you should see the message below:
