Steps for copying and pasting content:
Open the content in the old page/section
Open the new page/section in a new tab
In the old page
Hover the section or container you want to copy
Right Click > Copy (ctrl+c)
In the new page
Hover the section or container you want to paste
Right click > Paste (ctrl+v)
To copy content from one site to another site, follow the same steps, but choose "Paste from another site" from the list of paste options.
