How to Use Quick Assist - Windows

Quick Assist is a handy tool that allows you to remotely connect to another PC and provide support. Here’s how you can use


Windows 10 Users

  1. Press Ctrl + Windows logo key + Q to open Quick Assist.
  2. From the Start menu, select Windows Accessories, and then choose Quick Assist.

Windows 11 Users

  1. Press Ctrl + Windows logo key + Q to open Quick Assist.
  2. From the Start menu, select All Apps, and then choose Quick Assist.
  3. In the Help someone section, click the Help someone button.
  4. Share the generated security code with the person you want to assist.

    Once they enter the code, you can view their screen, make annotations, or even take full control to troubleshoot issues.
