How to Access Your Downloads in WooCommerce
If you recently purchased a product that includes downloadable files—such as forms, instructions, tools, or materials needed before scheduling an appointment—be sure to check your Downloads section.
To access your downloads:
Navigate to the My Account menu on our website.
Click on Downloads.
Locate and download any files associated with your purchase.
These downloads may contain important information or steps required before your appointment or before a technician can complete the service. If you need additional help locating your files, our support team is happy to assist.
If you recently purchased a product that requires scheduling an appointment or a technician to perform a task, you should check the downloads section of our website in the the My Account menu.
- Login ro your user account
- Go to My Account > Downloads
- Download from list of available assets
