Make sure you are entering the correct name servers for your domain. Find your hosting account’s name servers in your Client Area > Websites > kebab menu > Website Settings > kebab menu >
Server Details.
Some local registrars (.de, for example) have specific requirements for the name servers. Sometimes our server’s default DNSs are rejected because a requirement is not met.
If this is the case, contact our support team from the corresponding category of our Help Center in your Client Area and explain in detail which requirement is not met. In most cases, we will be able to help you.
